This is impossible with oob functionality.

To make such cloning possible you will have to develop application.

If we develop through  custom code then also we might have face performance issue after creating all attributes, System Entities and metadata?

I don't think that you face a performance issue by cloning data - just load the required data in your application, delete the GUID's and the standard attributes (createdon, createdby,...) out of the data and call the create method of the webservice. The only problem I see here is to load really the complete metadata and not to forget something (attributes, forms, views, rights,...)!

Don't forget to publish your customizations after creating the new entity...

Not sure, but you may find this video useful, its title says it all.

"Microsoft CRM 2011 - Learn how to create entities and fields whilst importing data"

This would just get you the entity & its metadata, you would still need to clone the any forms, views, etc by hand or via a custom application.

This is not possible with the OOB functionality,
For the same we are using Record clone app in our organization to clone metadata
Cloned record is automatically saved within CRM
Once cloned the newly created record is popped up on the User Interface.
Works for even new fields as soon as they are introduced within the entity.
Easily exclude fields that should not be cloned

Hope this Helps :)
