How to associate two columns using Microsoft dynamics CRM

Make a field available, called <Latest KPS>, to all Client related views, which should display the <KPS> value from the latest Assessment.  The <Date Completed> of the Assessment should be used to work out which is the latest one.

Hii Friennds for the above scenario how can i make a relationship between "KPS" field and "DateCompleted" fields so that i can show the latest KPS field based on the Latest DateCompleted date using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Please help..

I'm not sure I fully understand your requirement, but if both fields are on the same entity, then it might be possible to use a calculated field for this.

If the fields come from different entities, then you may need a plugin or workflow to achieve this.

If you need further information, it may be helpful to post an example of the records and values
