I am getting these errors on one of my servers and it appears that sharepoint pages are failing constantly to display.

Server Error:

Affected Endpoint: http://internal-server:32843/3c5d7aeae8d2496ba39ee3b49a543cfb/SearchService.svcAn exception occurred when trying to issue security token: There was no endpoint listening at http://localhost:32843/SecurityTokenServiceApplication/securitytoken.svc/actas that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details..

Central Admin:

Check out these troubleshooting guides:

The Security Token Service is not available (SharePoint 2013)

SharePoint 2010: Nailing the error "The Security Token Service is unavailable" (applies to 2013 as well)

Edit: Sorry, I see you linked to the first guide.

Thank you. I have 4 servers on my SharePoint. I think this issue is coming out of the 4th server because it is displaying error on the security token service. I took it out of the rotation web pool to work on it.

Never mind. I just figured it out. I compared it with another server and I had a setting misconfigured in the SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool

you have to set these up manually on both machines and make sure your service has been turned on DEFAULT by windows is OFF look in your services see if it is running if not turn it on then try if you get the same result you need to check the other machine for the same
