poping up message while submitting the windows app

I am in the process of submitting my app in windows store for windows 10 but I am getting the below error and not sure how to resolve it.

Can you please let me know how to resolve this?

You can't submit to the Store until your account has been verified.

I have active account with Microsoft for publishing app.

Just to add some more inputs

1. This is Cordova App built in windows

2. Built with Cordova 8.0.0 and cordova windows 6.0.0 along with Visual Studio 2017 community edition

3. tested through debug and installed.

4. same app is copied to other windows 10 and tested

5. built with release for releasing it.

6. provided necessary information to publish the file. all are in complete status. but a the end, i got this message and spinning wheel is appearing and says "publish as soon as possible"

Will there be anything that I need to do as publishing the app in android and ios is much easier than this publishing windows 10 store app.

Anyone experienced this problems?

Hi Sivababu,
You need to do nothing but wait for the verification process.
It takes about 24 hours ,then you will get a certification report telling you whether or not your app passed certification.
