Hi Dear team
We got notification that our app is now unpublished by Microsoft. However after we fixed the issue and got ready to submit again, we can’t find any entry to resubmit our new version in the dev center. according to Microsoft support, we need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. However we have already contacted several days ago without any response.
May I know how to get my app re-submitted?

Since this issue need your specific account and application details, please create a support ticket through your developer account so that support could help to check the request status.
Please click "Contact us" and select Dashboard issue as support topic and submit an incident.
After the reportapp team verify your request, your submit button will be available again.

I have already submit my case SRX1424912524ID
the issue here is: the support team ask us to contact certificate team(email@example.com), but there is no any response after several days and several email.
It seems frustrating that no way to move forward.
