Large file upload when using Azure CDN

In my web service, I enabled large file upload using two settings in web.config (shown below). That works when I access my web app without CDN. However, when Azure CDN is enabled, a large file upload gets a 413 (Payload too large) response. I can still get the large upload to work if I access my <name>.azurewebsites.net endpoint, but when I access my custom domain URL (which points to the CDN, <name>.azureedge.net, then I get the 413. Is there something special to do to propagate the payload size settings to Azure CDN? I am using Verison Premium CDN option in Azure.
