Minimum Hardware Metadata Field

My app requires a USB device. It requires a crypto currency hardware wallet. So, it keeps getting rejected from the store. I have already defined the DeviceCapability like this:

    <DeviceCapability Name="humaninterfacedevice">
      <Device Id="vidpid:534C 0001">
        <Function Type="usage:0005 *" />
        <Function Type="usage:FF00 0001" />
        <Function Type="usage:ff00 *" />
      </Device>
    </DeviceCapability>

But, the store keeps rejecting it with this message:

App Policies: 10.1.1 Hardware Requirements (Inaccurate Representation)

Notes To Developer

Please disclose any limitations or requirements for input devices in the Minimum Hardware metadata field and resubmit your app.

However, I cannot find the field in the package manifest, or the developer dashboard. Under the "Properties" section, there is a "System Requirements" section, but the only thing I could find there was a minimum processor. So, I filled this in, but the app still got rejected again and again.

What are they actually asking me to do? What field to they want me to fill in?

Hello,
>My app requires a USB device. It requires a crypto currency hardware wallet
Additional system requirements is especially important if the app requires hardware that might not be available on every computer.
You can describe the hardware configurations that your app requires to work properly beyond the info you provided in the System requirements Section in App properties.
You can get it in dashboard: App Name -> Store listings -> Supplemental fields -> Additional system requirements
Here is the form:

Thankyou for replying but that menu (App Name -> Store listings -> Supplemental fields -> Additional system requirements ) does not exist.

This is what I see:

App Name -> Store listings -> Supplemental fields -> Additional system requirements

Hello,

Did you add the languages for your store listing? You must complete the Store listing page for at least one language. You can refer to Store Listing language for information to add the language.
Here is the step:
App overview ->Submission ->Store listing->language you add->Supplemental fields -> click Show details

Best Regards

Daisy

Daisy,

Yes, I did complete it for English (United States) as you can see.

I can not see this field. This is what I see.

There is definitely a bug in the page. I have tried with Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. I always get a JavaScript error when I click on "Store listings". See:

Hello,

Could you click on the language as shown in the picture?

The full answer is this:

  • Click on the submission
  • Click on the language as mentioned above. This was the missing link. When you click on this link, the language's submenu will appear and you will be navigated to the Language's page which includes screenshots etc.
  • Click on "Show details" of "Supplemental fields"
  • The fields appear
