Getting "Visual studio is busy in performing some internal action"

Getting "Visual studio is busy in performing some internal action" message and it gets hanged.

Using

OS : Windows 10

Visual studio version : 2015

Third party : Resharper

I have tried googling and find n number of solutions.

Nothing worked for for me.

The strange part is if the VS is kept idle , Getting "Visual studio is busy in performing some internal action" message and gets hanged.
