I started the process on turning on custom domain HTTPS for Azure CDN on around March 5, 4pm (+8 UTC).
Right now (March 7, 4am (+8 UTC)), it is still stuck in Step 2.
"Domain validation. Your domain will be automatically validated if a CNAME is directly mapped to the CDN Endpoint. Otherwise, a verification request will be sent to the email listed in your domain’s registration record (WHOIS registrant). Please verify the domain as soon as possible."
CDN is Premium Verizon, and CNAME is already directly mapped to the CDN endpoint in my DNS zone (verified with https://mxtoolbox.com/CNAMELookup.aspx) before I initiated the process.
We also did not receive a verification request.
I will send endpoint name and custom domain on request.
What options do we have? How do I get the actual status of the process?
Please note that upgrading to developer support contract just for this issue is expensive for us.
