We updated our app to include push notification.  It passed Microsoft certification and is live in the store.  When I install, from the store, on a WP8 phone I get the error "access to push notification requires id_cap_push_notification to be defined in the manifest imsg".   BUT "id_cap_push_notification" IS defined in my manifest.  Microsoft confirms the manifest includes id_cap_push_notification.

Any idea why the app is not publishing correctly?

What's the app? Also, you may want to open a developer support case (not a publishing case) for us to look into it.

Hi Matt,

You can find the app here

We have hidden it in the store as it doesn't work if downloaded on a WP8 device.

It seems like a publishing problem since the app works fine in testing and breaks only because the capability is not available after publishing.

Hi - I will look at your app as soon as I can. I am out of the office today but will get to this by Monday.
