I have a 2013 installation of SharePoint, with PowerPivot installed and running on an app server in the farm. PowerPivot for SP is SQL 2012 Enterprise, SP1 CU 6.
PowerPivot is running fine, PowerPivots work, refresh works etc.
However, even though I have usage and health collection enabled, and selected I the PowerPivot items to track on the monitoring page in Central admin, I am not seeing any data in the "usage" tables in the PowerPivot service application.
The data import and processing timer jobs are running. The central admin PowerPivot Dashboard Processing timer job is running too. I see data in the non usage tables "in the service app database".

Little more information.
Even though health and usage is configured and working, I see no Analysis services usage logs being created at all in the 15/logs.
They are enabled under "Events to log" and other items in there are creating usage logs.

Check your AD settings as well for c2wts and PowerPivot unattended account
