I'm trying to build the solution for a game project but have got <g class="gr_ gr_117 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="117" id="117">two</g> error messages:

/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/5.0.1/lib/mono/msbuild/15.0/bin/Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets(5,5): Error MSB3073: The command ""/Users/James/Desktop/Projects/The Overmare Studios/Repo/OvermareStudios/OvermareStudios/Fallout Equestria/Solution/pdb2mdb.exe" "/Users/James/Desktop/Projects/The Overmare Studios/Repo/OvermareStudios/OvermareStudios/Fallout Equestria/Solution/ExtendedXmlSerializer/bin/Debug/ExtendedXmlSerializer.dll"" exited with code 126. I've talked to the programmer lead and he's out of ideas, and my forum searching hasn't really got anything that seems to help this specific problem.

If you have any ideas then please do help.

Thank you in advance,

James

Hi James,

Welcome to MSDN forum.

This forum is discussing Visual Studio WPF/SL Designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System, and Visual Studio Editor. I will move your thread to MSBuild forum, thank you for understanding.

Best regards,

Joyce

Hi KarateKidzz,

Thanks for posting here.

According to the error log, it looks like there are something wrong in the command in build event, you can  You can found it from Properties->Build Events. To resolve this issue, you should make sure the command in the build event is correct and can be executed without error. You can verify it by remove the command line to check if this issue is still occur.

Besides, What is the version of your pdb2mdb.exe? This post mentions implementing a new version of pdb2mdb based on the Mono.Cecil library.
