Hello Pritam,

Thank you for posting here!

For clarification, are you attempting to replicate Hyper-V virtual machines with\without VMM?

1.

  1. Uninstall the previous attempted installation of the agent.
  2. Reboot the machine
  3. Install the setup in an elevated mode (Right click on the setup, and click “Run as administrator”), check if that makes any difference.

2.

Such issue may occur if the following registry key exists on the Hyper-V Host while installing the MARS Agent:

HKCR\Installer\UpgradeCodes\9E3CC81A48FC05646B4407520C8CC01D

Kindly check the blog here from ‘Nitin’ for more details on this issue.

Note: The steps outlined in the above blog contains modifying the register, kindly exercise caution while doing the steps you may want to backup the registry before modify it.

3.Kindly ensure that all the prerequisites are met.

On-premises prerequisites - Replicate Hyper-V virtual machines in VMM clouds to Azure

On-premises prerequisites - Replicate Hyper-V virtual machines (without VMM) to Azure

Hope this points you in the right direction!

Regards,
Ajay

This looks like a partial download issue. Please try to download the installer again and try the installation.
