Hello there,

We have configured ASR for one of our Azure VM and the replication was happening healthy.

After applying the encryption for drives using bit locker, we have experienced error in replication.
We got error the Replication is not currently supported for Encrypted disks.

After some day(In first week of July 2018 - this week) when we observed our server, we see different error now.
Now it says to Update target secret identifier in Replication protected item setting in Azure portal or Using Power Shell/API.

I tried to search documentation on this but nothing found as it seems recently updated by MS.
Can you please help me to configure ASR for Bit locker encrypted disks VM???

Currently Azure Site Recovery doesn’t support BitLocker encrypted disk in Azure to Azure replication scenario. Our Engineers are actively working on this feature and will be available very soon. we do not have an ETA, Stay tune here for ASR updates. We appreciate your patience.

Disk encryption enabled VMs are supported.

Initially ASR was only supportingt the disk encryption which are enabled using application ID and now(I mean in latest release) disk encryption with out application ID is also supported.  If you recommended to disable the protection and disable the encryption and enable without application ID method and enable the protection if this is the case.
