I am receiving the following message in the Server Manager: 'RecoveryServicesManagementAgent Stopped (Delayed Start)'
What is causing it and how do I fix it?

I have Windows Server 2012 R2. Thanks.

I can see in site recovery azure the virtual machines replicated status ok but i can see few events critical , i think the problem is for the servecie is not runing in the server and not synchronize correctly

Sorry for my englsih but my lengage native is spanish

I will leave a log with what indicates some machine

Hi Gabriel,

Could you open a support request please. If the VM health is currently OK, then this was probably a transient issue that went away on its own. The event probably got logged when the issue occured but is not active anymore as reflected by the health of your VM. Nonetheless, we'll need to look at a past events and traces from the logs to piece together what might have happened that caused the RecoveryServicesManagementAgent to get stopped. 

Which server are you seeing the 'RecoveryServicesManagementAgent Stopped (Delayed Start)' event on. Is it the server that you are replicating or the Configuration Server or Process Server?
