Fail to create Bing Maps for Enterprise

OK, I got an error when I started to create an Bing maps for Enterprise application with Azure IoT Suite. The error message i

    So, I have 2 questions.

    1. What is the problem?

    2. My account is registered in Korea, and the Resource Group is in East Asia. Are these make it to fail to create Bing maps for Enterprise?

Hi,

If you are an Enterprise customer then contact the Bing Maps Enterprise Support team. All enterprise customers have access to them. you can get their email from the Bing Maps portal on the left side panel and they will be able to help you better.

Oh, then is it not possible to create Bing Maps for Enterprise with personal account? Then I will change account and retry it.

Where can change the account type to enterpirse? I using my live id to sign in.

I changed "country/region" from "worldwide" to "United States" in portal https://datamarket.azure.com/account

and it worked.
