Hi there,

 I recently came across User profiles related issues while trying to split the content database and noticed that the 'User Profiles & My Sites' section under SSP is completely missing. The other sections are there. Is this related to permissions? How do I get this section to show back on the SSP homepage.

I checked the logs and found the errors below:

This is a Production system and its very critical, any pointers from the experts in the right direction is highly appreciated. I do plan to sync the user profiles recommended in  the awesome posts below and see if that helps.
