I am having a problem getting my tax profile verified. My profile was verified but after trying to update the information in the portal, the account verification fails every time. I have been trying to get help from support for over a month now, but they have given me almost no assistance. Their only solution is to try it again. I am not sure where to go for help at this point.

What have you changed when you updated the information? Have you confirmed the tax information to make sure if the information are correct?
If the information is correct, the best way is still keep contact with the store team vie email.

I updated the address and the EIN. I am sure the information is correct as I have been verified by other Microsoft programs.

They stop responding to my emails (it’s been over 5 days) and I tried to open a new ticket, but it was closed because there was a duplicate ticket. Is there any other avenue of support I can try?
