I am wanting to see if anyone knows of a way or of some software that would allow us to have a bug raised in Visual Studio Team Services Online and keep the raiser updated by email.
Example, Fred sends an email to a set address firstname.lastname@example.org this raises a bug and sends a response back to them with the usual thank you here is your id for it. when we change the state or add a comment on the ticket it then sends an email out to the person who raised the ticket and they can reply to the email to update the ticket.
Hope that makes sense and someone can help. I have seen the Mail2Bug and Zapier but not sure if they do the full items we require.
