Question

I don't see the Title, Description, Logo option in the site settings like I do for a subsite. Is there a way to change this in the top level site without modifying the master page?

All O365 site collections and subsites have title description and logo option under look and feel section in site settings. Can you please doublecheck or provide us screenshot.

Thanks

Hi Jeremy-g-b,

According to your description, I suppose you are using Office 365 group team site. If yes, it is an expected behavior that options "Title, description, and logo" you mentioned will not show.

You can access it via the URL directly. Here is the URL format: yoursiteurl/_layouts/15/prjsetng.aspx. (For example, https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/skyprivate/_layouts/15/prjsetng.aspx)

Best Regards,
