Unable to connect to portal.azure.com

Hello,

I cannot connect to portal.azure.com. After the login page, memory page, I've this error page:

Sign-in failed
Sorry, we had some trouble signing you in, Click 'Try again' to try again.
Looks like something went wrong
Try again
Sign out
Contact support

The URL show:

https://portal.azure.com/Error/SigninFailed?lastError=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&shown=true

I've try with Edge, Firefox and Chrome (incognito mode) without success.

The connection to others service like Office 365 or VisualStudio (app.vsaex.visualstudio.com) works fine.

Where is the problem?

Refer the suggestions outlined in the article Troubleshooter for Azure subscription sign in issues, and see if that helps.

 

We understand that you have already tried this on multiple browsers and that sign-in works fine for other online services, just to isolate the issue further, you may try to clear cache/cookies/temp files and re-login to the Azure Portal.
