I read a post that said I should see the option to change my PowerView's data connection in the context menu.  But all I see is "Manage PowerPivot Data Refresh"

is there a way to open the file in Excel and put the path\url to the BISM file in the Data connection properties?

1. In Excel, Power Pivot tab > Manage Data Model to open the Power Pivot window.
2. In the Power Pivot window, click Home > Connections > Existing Connections.
3. Select the current database connection and click Edit.

Thanks for the answer. But I got confused between PowerView and PowerPivot. I'll have to fire up a new thread.
