Question

Hello,
I try to use Azure explorer from my company that got his internet traffic filtered by a firewall.
When I try to access to some fonctionality in the tree, I got an error message :
Unable to retrieve child resources.
Details: connect EACCES XX.XX.XX.XX:443
XX.XX.XX.XX is a public IP address.
I understand that Firewall is blocking access, the problem is once the indicated IP address is authorized by administrator, new addresses are indicated everytime. So I can't give to administrator a list of public IP addresses that will make the explorer work fine.
I tried to find a list that microsoft can provide on the net, but I can't find it.
Is there any solution to this case ?
Thanks for your help

Hi Nabeel,
Please try the following :
1. Delete the data from folder "%appData/StorageExplorer"
from your machine. Restart the storage explorer and enter your credentials. This can fix your problem.
2. While connecting to Azure Storage just check the box as "http" to connect the Azure Storage . This will also helps in connecting azure storage explorer.
Hope, this will help people who face this type of issues.
