HI,

I ran a full crawl and its been running for over a month now and still the searchable items are displayed as 0. We have almost 30000 documents but still should not take this much time to complete. The crawl rate is 2.2 (dps) and Repository latency is 74 (ms) and the below data for Crawl Reports:

 

Please help!

Hi Paramdeep Singh Saini,

For this issue, please check the ULS logs and Event logs to see if there are more error message.

The default path of ULS log files in SharePoint 2013 is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.

Thanks Linda,

Actually I had stopped the logs since the full crawl was increasing the size of the log significantly, so will turn them on and see what is being logged and will let you know in a couple of days.
