Hello,

IN our subcription we have some 4 VMs out of which 2 are domain controllers and 1 we are using for Active Directory i.e when user connects to these servers(on Azure) using their Windows desktop clients the credentials are authenticated against this VM(AD). This is not Azure Active Directory but just a VM inside same domain. Now how we will allow user to change their passwords without coming to the VM where the AD is installed.

Just to clarify when you say, “We have some 4 VMs out of which 2 are domain controllers and 1 we are using for Active Directory”, how exactly would the users access the domain services or the server(s)?

Hi,

We are using Dynamics NAV(ERP) and these servers are accessed by NAV windows Client.

Hi,
If they press CTRL + Alt + Del keys after logging in there should be an option to change their password. They need to enter their old password and then enter their new password twice. Is this what you are looking for?
Best regards,
Wendy

Allowing users to change their passwords via a web UI is an option: http://www.adaxes.com/active-directory_self-service-password-reset.htm
