TextTransformation With Vs Package

I have used T4 Text Templating For my Vs Package.am using Customlinecommandhost for transformation.After Transformation the Output file contains Unnecessary lines.the output is as follows.
Namespace myt4
{
Using System
line :1 C:\Users\kanimozhikp\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Projects\samp
Public override string TextTransform()
{
}...and so on.i dont need the above mentioned line in my output.Please any one give me the solution.and more over this problem arises when am using the OS in which vs12 alone installed.When Using OS With Vs10,vs12,vs 13 it produces the proper output.

Hi,

Can you show me the text template you'r using? By the way, if you just test the custom host on the Windows 8 machine, not invoke the Text Transformation in a VS Extension, will you get the same issue?

And moreover i am getting this problem only with windows 8.1.
