I have a Red Hat Linux VM that I've deprovisioned, I've created an image and created a VM from the image and all looks good so far. What are the next steps to publish to the marketplace? Does the underlying disk need to be unmanaged? I did a deployment of Windows using the URI of the VHD, is it the same process for Linux?
Thanks, Brian

F or distributions that are not available from the Marketplace, you can always bring your own Linux by following the guidelines atCreate and upload a virtual hard disk that contains the Linux operating system. Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/linux/endorsed-distros
