How to host two websites in IIS.
Condition 1) Both websites should use same IPAddress
Condition 2) Both websites should use same Portnumber.
If possible, Please Provide screen shots.

I think what you want are two web roles grouped together behind a load balancer. The external IP address will be the same, but internally each web role will have its own IP address and unique port. The load balancing configuration handles the port redirection.
By default when you have multiple instances of the same package running in the same 'cloud service' and you access them from the external URL such as yourapp.cloud.net, the load balancing is free and automatic. with custom virtual networks (now in preview) you can do more fancy port redirection, etc.
As far as I know there is no way to give two machines the same IP.
