CATALOG FAILURE 0x80131500 - Backup in one day on the other not!

In my company we use the Azure Backup, and it is scheduled to Backup on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. However only backup this Tuesday (02/02/2016) has successfully completed, even thuogh it had given a warning before. Always Completed with Warnings and the same failed file: CATALOG FAILURE 0x80131500 "file path". I've updated the Azure agent, but it does not take much to give back to the problem, what would that be?

May i Know what version of the backup agent you are using?

Meanwhile i'm researching more on your request.

Appreciate your patience with the error message. Please update to the latest version of Azure Backup Agent (2.0.9022.0) and also make sure there are no other backup solutions running during the Azure Backup Schedule.

You might get this error message when there are other Anti-Virus or endpoint protection software running on the machine which is locking the files that Azure Backup is trying to access.
