Hello Experts,

I want to load balance between 2 nps servers which is running Nps Extension. Can someone provide detailed procedure to do so, I have two servers configured with NPS extension. Looking forward for prompt response.

As I have observed your couple of queries related to NPS server extensions for Azure MFA with NetScaler, I would suggest you to see the article which is similar to your requirement. It also covers setting up Load Balancing for the NPS Servers.

There are no special instructions required for load balancing the NPS extension servers. You stand up every server like you have the first and route the requests through a load balancer.  NPS servers are stateless and can process every request independently so they can scale with load as needed.
