Hello,

I cannot backup a Centos 7.2 Azure VM using Azure backup agent. As soon as i hit the backup now button i get Failed to Trigger backup. Here are the details below.

Backup Pre-Check

Issue Description
Could not communicate with the VM agent for snapshot status - Snapshot VM sub task timed out
Required Action(s)
Ensure VM's Storage account is accessible for this VM. If not, whitelist storage URLs by using these Azure Datacenter IPs
Update Azure VM Agent by following the steps here
Uninstall the Azure VM Snapshot Extension by following the steps here. The next backup will automatically install and load it.

I have followed these steps outlined here:

https://github.com/Azure/WALinuxAgent/issues/1059/

I have removed the WALinuxAgent completely and reinstalled it yet still have the issue. The system has access to the internet and other systems in the same NSG have are working fine. The agent installed is WALinuxAgent-2.2.25 and the yum package is 2.2.18-1.el7.centos.

Any help would be appreciated.
