I need a help ...

I have some Linux VMs, which back up every morning. But the backups are not running because the machines are low on disk space, I could see that the backup logs are being stored inside the C :, the log file every day goes from 20gb and I have to clean and put the backup to run again and it runs successfully.

Is there any way I can restrict the size or any location for these logs to be stored?

Could you provide the below information for better understanding.

1. Where is your VM located? Is it On- Prem or Azure ?
2. Which backup product you are using?
3. Are you getting any error code  when the backups are not running?
