Hi Team,

I am working towards setup of BI over SharePoint 2016(Powerpivot and Power View using OOS's Excel Service).

My Web Application to host the workbook would be Kerberos based.

Please help, Central Administration is a special site. Do any one has any idea if it is really required to set Central Admin over Kerberos?

Anyways, is it possible to install Central Administration over Kerberos while at time of Installation and configuration?

Hi Sambhav Verma,

When using a workbook as a data source, we need to configure SharePoint Authentication providers for Kerberos.

It is not required to configure Kerberos for Central Administration web application.
