MFA 50074 - iOS Interrupted

Hello Azure Community:

I am seeing MFA accounts & non-MFA accounts getting failed logins on the Azure Sign-In log - a snapshot is below.    

Anything about OS/App being used that requires a fix?

It is not the iOS because 12 is compatible with MFA azure. 

Not sure why they put it in two-factor authentication and not MFA for this. Please read the important(s) and the note within the first document.

Is it just users with iOS or another OS as well?

Thanks - it turns out the user was using an ANCIENT browser that wasn't supported - we dug into the Azure sign-in logs and found this.   Appreciate the response!
