Hi Kumar

It was enabled after SP1. Which build version your SP farm is configured with? Also try using <sitecollectionurl>/_layouts/storman.aspx page directly.

Thanks
Mohit

Hi All,

Thanks for the quick response. When I tried with <sitecollectionurl>/_layouts/storman.aspx getting the erro "An unexpected error has occurred".

Can you please help me how to check the SP1 installed or not? I have checked in the control panel. I didn't see any software like SharePoint SP1.

Regards,

Kumar

Hi Kumar

To see which build your farm is, go to Central Administration > System Settings > Manage servers in your farm (/_admin/FarmServers.aspx)

Or using Windows PowerShell: (get-spfarm).buildversion

Then compare build version at http://www.toddklindt.com/blog/Lists/Posts/Post.aspx?ID=224 and let us know which one you are having.

This is RTM version of SP 2010. You need to be running atleast on SP1. You can download it from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=26623

https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/kb/2460045

You need to install it on all the SP servers in the farm, reboot them and then run configuration wizard on each server.

Hi KumarSP2013,

Agree with above suggestions. Storage Metrics is a good way to check the storage space of a site collection.

In addition, you also can use other ways to achieve it, such as SP designer, PowerShell and Web Analytics.

Check the links for the other ways:
