Hi eman-shoair,

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

Did you install VS 2013 Professional by ISO file or Web installer?

For the error>>the form specified for the subject is not one supported or known by the specified trust provider

There have some possible workarounds which may helpful to you, please have a look here: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/6a817a75-ace9-4ffe-8e37-273c01ff25be/windows-7-x64-net-framework-45-cannot-install-msisipdll-error

  1. If you install it by ISO file, please use the FCIV.exe http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify your ISO checksum and compare it with the code provided by the official website: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-2013-iso-sha1-vs.aspx, If they are match, which means the ISO file is healthy and you can use it to install. If not match, please download a healthy ISO from:  https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs
  2. If the method 1 cannot work, you can uninstall it and restart computer, then install it using Web installer.
