It appears that your picture isn't available.

Please share your install logs with us as follows:

Please collect your install logs with this:

http://aka.ms/vscollect

After you run Collect.exe, you'll find vslogs.cab in your %temp% directory. Please upload vslogs.cab to a public site, like OneDrive, and post the link here.

Hi Sayali99,

I can't see your picture either.

What error did you come across when you install VS2010? Did you check if your system supports for VS2010?

Did you check if the installer is ok?

If your machine satisfy its installation requirements, please check the installer. If you have the .exe file instead of the ISO image, you can try to install the installer in another machine. You can find a machine to install it in the internet bar or from your friends. If you can install it successfully in another machine, it means that the installer is ok. If you can't install the installer in another machine, and you will get the same error message, I guess the installer is broken, please get a good one. You can download VS2010 from the MSDN Subscriber Center.

If you do a online install, please have a offline installation. I suggest you download the ISO file. Then verify its checksum using fciv.exe. Check if the calculated value matches the correct one that shows in the download page.

You can read this blog to learn how to calculate this value.

Before you install VS, ensure that your windows is patched up. And the anti-virus software is disabled during the installation process.

Best regards,
