We have recently developped a VSTS extension:
After installing from the marketplace, the extension turns up as it should in the list of available tasks when creating a build definition. I tested it on different test accounts.
However, it remains hidden for one of our customers. The extension doesn't turn up among the available tasks. They have gone through some probably "fixes", like clearing the browser cache, logging in and out etc., but the extension simply doesn't show up.
I'm not exactly a VSTS expert and I'm not sure how to help the customer. They have gone through this document but it didn't help:
The extension is visible on the Extensions page after installation, but it won't show up on the task list.
Could someone advise on the possible reasons why an extension would not turn up in the tasks list after installation? Security, authorization, incompatibility etc., whatever, any pointers are welcome.

May be permission issue I am not sure, I would suggest you to check the type of account the user is using and as this is happening only of particular user, it needs investigation. Please create support ticket along with all the details, someone from the team will help you to resolve the issue.
