Cannot access storage account in Azure Portal / Storage Explorer

Hi,

I'm not able to view one of our storage accounts "Storage Account Name" under Subscription ID: "XXXXX-eXXa-4XX4-XXa-dXXXXXXX4" Not in azure, nor can I expand it in Azure Storage Explorer.

Our apps/sites appear to be unaffected, but I need to make some code changes and this is where our logging is stored (as well as Queues that are critical to our processes).

In the portal, I click "Storage accounts" -> "Storage Account Name", then it opens the blade, but the Overview sub-blade only says:

StorageAccountBladeWithQuickLinks
MICROSOFT_AZURE_STORAGE

In Storage Explorer, if I try to expand it, it doesn't show anything under it.

(unfortunately, i cannot post links or screenshots to this forum).

It was definitely accessible within the past few days (I may have even looked at it yesterday, but I can't remember for sure).

This is the first time this has happened.
