For Error 0x80091007, the hash value is not correct" is related to a corrupt installer. Please the following blog about this error:
Please try the following workaround:
1. Check your Windows Updates, make all patches up.
2. Turn off AV software and firewall on temporary.
3. Download a ISO image from here:
4. Use FCIV.exe http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the ISO.

5. Make sure the ISO in correct, save the setup executable to a different location and running setup again.
