How can I use SP 2010 calendar overlay feature to display 5 resource room mailboxes? I want my users to use Exchange 2010 resource room mailboxes to schedule rooms using Outlook. How can I add those resource room calendars to a SP 2010 calendar with overlay feature so users have a centralized location to view all 5 mailboxes using overlay feature? Thanks!

Did you solve this issue? For some reason I can't get the rooms to display there infomation in de SP calender. I think its the rights on the mailbox/calender.
I can't find a article where the needed rights are explained? Anyone?

Hi,
did you find an answer? Using the Webpart in Sharepoint 2010 I can't add Room Mailboxes as Ressources.
If I activate the ad user account (default disabled) of the room mailbox I can add it as Person, but this doesn't seems to be the right way?!

You can't out of the box.. know limitation explained here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2641729 :
Exchange Calendar overlay with a SharePoint calendar only works with the Exchange mailbox of the user who is logged on currently. It does not retrieve and display a particular Calendar e.g. for a meeting room or the calendar information for other
users even if we explicitly specify a different user account in the Exchange Web Service url like
https://servername/owa/USER@SOMEDOMAIN.COM/?cmd=contents&module=calendar

Here is a web part that can do it for you, but it costs. I'm not from this company. I might try it, but I'll look for others too.
