Hi, we have a portal using Azure and today we are with serious problems. Sometimes the site have instability, went down and all the time with slow access. Some information:

1. subscription ID
<removing e-mail address>

2. website went down..!  Did it give any error message ? what was the status of the website in the portal ? provide us the screen shot if you have any.
Yes;

3. Exact Time stamp of the issue with the time zone.
Issue started from 09/12/2014 11:10:21.

4. Data center region
Brazil South

5. Web hosting plan of the website ( Free / shared / basic / standard )
Standard (3 Instances, Large)

6. Is it a ready made website from the Gallery or have you published using visual studio ?
Published using VS.

Can you give us any orientation to fix the problem?

Hi Shirisha,

The url is http://cemar116.azurewebsites.net/

At this moment, the environment is oscillating, is fast and then becomes very slow, intermittently.

I'm also having an issue with Azure Websites - the site is thankfully up for now, but I cannot access any Azure Websites via the portal UI (both regular and preview).

Not down, but unable to access management via portal

Standard, 1 instance, Basic, 1 instance

Hi,

this thread talk about the same issue, this issue should be resolved now, and this incident has been reported in azure status, You can verify the health of the Windows Azure Platform on the azure status.

Here is a snippet information:

Websites and Mobile Services - All Regions - Partial Service Interruption

From 09 Dec, 2014 20:30 to 22:14 UTC customers using Websites and Mobile Services in all regions experienced the inability to manage their websites and mobile services. Runtime and publishing operations were not impacted. This incident has now been mitigated.
