We have SQL Server 2019 installed in the 2019 server, includes Reporting Service, I couldn't find rs.exe in both 32 bit and 64 bit folder, it is not coming out when I did search too.
What should I do? I need to use rs.exe to copy content of Reporting Services from another server.

In SSRS 2019, you could find rs.exe in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\Shared Tools.
Hope this could help you.
